With a career almost entirely focused on process and infrastructure improvement, Terry can evaluate a particular customer need from virtually every angle to recommend the appropriate solution.

6 years of managing 8 locations of one of the largest Retailers in the world has given Delia the type of experience that is critical to managing the scale and complexity of modern business process solutions. Armed with a Masters in Business Administration, Delia has the knowledge to understand customer needs and evaluate those needs to ensure the customer is getting the best possible solution.
