Personal data is collected on our websites only when you contact us and provide information regarding your inquiry. The data you provide will not be shared or sold to third parties outside the AMETRAS group. Exception: Your request may be better handled by one of our official distributors or subsidiaries due to content reasons or local proximity. In this case, we will forward your request along with the collected data to the appropriate partner.

The data will also only be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the task or during the business relationship. You have the right to be informed about the data we have stored about you. Upon request, we will gladly inform you.

We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating via email) can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or register for an event via a registration form, your details from the form, including the contact details you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. These data will only be used within the AMETRAS group and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

We collect various types of information, including your personal data with contact information, and a description of your education, work experience, and skills. Additionally, you have the option to provide electronically stored documents such as certificates or cover letters.

By applying, you confirm that the information you have provided is truthful. We point out that any false statement or deliberate omission can be grounds for rejection or later termination.

We do not require information that cannot be processed under the General Equal Treatment Act (race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, or sexual identity). We also request that you do not provide information about illnesses, pregnancy, ethnic origin, political views, philosophical or religious beliefs, union membership, physical or mental health, or sexual life. The same applies to content that could infringe the rights of third parties (e.g., copyrights, press law, or general rights of third parties).

Personal data is collected, stored, processed, and used only for purposes related to your interest in current or future employment with us and the processing of your application. No data will be passed on to third parties outside the AMETRAS group. To use the online application process, data such as name, address, telephone number, and email address will be collected. These data are primarily used for contact regarding your application.

If your application is successful, the data provided can be used for administrative matters in the context of employment.

Your online application will be processed and acknowledged exclusively by the relevant contacts within our company. All employees involved in data processing are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your data. Under no circumstances will third parties outside the AMETRAS group be made aware of your information. Data processing takes place exclusively in Germany.

If we cannot offer you a position, we will retain the data you have provided for up to six months to answer any questions related to your application and rejection.

However, if your application materials are generally of interest and there is currently no suitable position available, you grant us your consent to retain and store your data accordingly. This allows us to contact you for future job openings.

You can register on our website to use additional features on the site. The data entered for this purpose will only be used for the use of the respective offer or service for which you have registered.

For important changes, such as in the scope of the offer or for technically necessary changes, we use the email address provided during registration to inform you in this way.

We collect, process, and use personal data only to the extent necessary to establish, define the content of, or change the legal relationship (inventory data). Inventory data is used for information purposes via mail/phone/post by the AMETRAS group.

Personal data on the use of our websites (usage data) is collected, processed, and used only to the extent necessary to enable the user to utilize the service or to bill them.

You have the right at any time to receive free information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to correct, block, or delete this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the topic of personal data, you can contact us at any time by email (ds@ametras.com) or at the address given in the imprint.

If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data according to Art. 21 GDPR, provided there are reasons arising from your particular situation.

You can revoke a consent given to us at any time, free of charge, and with future effect. The relevant data will then be deleted immediately.

In legally prescribed cases, blocking the data may replace the deletion.

In the event of data protection violations, the data subject has a right to complain to the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the state data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based.
