REQUIRED SKILLS (4+ years of experience):
- React, TypeScript
- Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate
- PostgreSQL
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Webpack
- RESTful APIs
- Git, CI/CD tools
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and evolve backend components using Java (Spring, Hibernate) and PostgreSQL
- Integrate Elasticsearch for scalable and performant search capabilities
- Modernize legacy AngularJS front-end by implementing a new React (with TypeScript) application
- Work with Webpack to streamline and optimize front-end builds
- Design and integrate REST APIs to ensure seamless data exchange between front-end and backend services
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with a distributed international team
ADDITIONAL (Nice to have):
- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with legacy AngularJS
- Experience in Agile/Scrum projects
- German language skills (a plus, not mandatory)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
